Catering FAQs
What is the minimum order?
A minimum order is 45+ donuts for catering / custom orders. Small quantities can still be organised in advance, at our standard off-the-shelf price (e.g. $24.90 for a 6 pack).

What are your catering rates?
- The catering price is $3.50 (incl. GST), applied for orders of over 45 donuts.
- Donuts customised with edible toppers are $3.95 (incl. GST), available for catering orders of over 45 donuts.
- Please note individually boxed donuts will incur an additional $0.10 (incl. GST) per donut
- Donut Towers fit 20-30* donuts and are available for order with a $50 refundable hire cost. *Confirm with your local store.
Do you deliver?
Yes – delivery is available 7 days / week within the local area. A small delivery fee applies. Please check with your local store for availability and pricing. Otherwise, you can arrange a suitable pick up time with your local store.
How do I organise toppers?
Toppers require a minimum of 10 days’ notice. After your order is confirmed with your local store, please send your logo or image file as a PNG or JPG.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for delays in processing/shipping from third party suppliers.
What about allergies or dietary requirements?
Please advise us of any allergies when placing your order. Some donut flavours contain nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for all allergy requirements. We are unable to offer gluten-free donuts at this time.
How do I pay for the order?
You are welcome to pay for the order via invoice (7 days notice required), or in-store or over the phone by card payment. Your preferred payment can be organised upon order confirmation. Payment must be cleared before your order can be collected.
What flavours / filling options are available?
Our donuts are available in 35+ flavours, see here for all available flavours. If you are ordering a custom (branded) donut, popular options include:

Do the donuts need to be refrigerated?
Our fresh cream donuts must be refrigerated if not consumed within 20 minutes. All other donuts are best enjoyed NOT refrigerated.

Absolutely! Each Galactic Donut is made fresh every day. Our team will ensure your order is ready at your agreed time. Our donuts are best enjoyed on the same day.
