Meet Cass, our Townsville store owner!
Cass originally started her Galactic journey back in 2021 in the Rockhampton store and moved over 2000km in 2025 to chase her Galactic dream. Her days start at 3am, cooking fresh donuts and powering through with plenty of coffee. She loves hearing customers say “WOW” as they walk in, and being hands-on in the local community.
Cass’s favourite donut?
Cass can’t decide between a Cinnamon Jam or Vanilla Slice donut, paired with a large cappuccino (three sugars – “because I’m not sweet enough!”)
